By accessing or using EzyPayInvoice ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Service. We reserve the right to update these terms at any time, and continued use constitutes acceptance of any changes.
2. Description of Service
EzyPayInvoice provides an online invoicing platform that allows users to create, send, manage, and track invoices. Additional features include payment processing, recurring invoices, client management, and financial reporting. We may update, modify, or discontinue features at our discretion.
3. User Accounts
When you create an account, you agree to:
- Provide accurate, current, and complete information
- Maintain the security and confidentiality of your login credentials
- Accept responsibility for all activities under your account
- Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access
4. Subscription & Billing
Paid plans are billed on a recurring basis (monthly or annually). You will be charged at the beginning of each billing period. You may cancel your subscription at any time, and cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee on all paid plans.
5. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Use the Service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Service
- Transmit malware, viruses, or any malicious code
- Interfere with the Service's infrastructure or other users' access
6. Intellectual Property
The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by EzyPayInvoice and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You retain ownership of all data you upload, but grant us a license to process it as needed to provide the Service.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, EzyPayInvoice shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
8. Termination
We may terminate or suspend your account at any time for violation of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will cease immediately. You may export your data before termination. We will retain your data for 30 days after account deletion, after which it will be permanently removed.
